I'm planning on cooking up a 3-pack of babybacks for the game on Sunday, anyone have pics or descriptions on how to make sure the ribs are over the ceramic piece?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Assuming your Egg is a Large, three racks will lay flat on the grid. Don't be concerned if all is not shielded by the plate setter.

OR head to the hardware store or walmart and pick up a $5 rib rack. But for only 3 racks, I'd do what Bacchus recommends. Rib racks are a pain to clean.

Your suppose to clean them! I always left them in the Egg after the cook then oiled them again before the next cook.

Heh, I'd do the same thing, if I didn't have to store it in a cabinet in the kitchen.

If they are baby-back ribs or trimmed they will lay flat on the grid of a LBGE. I can only fit three slabs of untrimmed spares (which we prefer) if they are cut into three racks and then placed in a vertical rib rack.
Now, since I have "the rig" from the CeramicGrillStore, I can, and do, fit three full spares on a three-level grid setup. Their website shows many types of cooks that can be rigged with the various goodies they offer. -
Oil them! Blood and mustard lube the metal up for me
