We are new Eggers, and like trying out new things. All we have tried have been beyond what we expected except one unnamed dish. We wanted a pizza but our dealer didn't have a plate setter. So we put the
V-rack right on the grille, pizza stone on top of that and the FishGrid on the pizza stone. We heated all up to 375, and in 15 min.
plus we had a deliscious Pizza!!! Beginners luck????
We used a crust purchased at a local grocery store, and put on it
sausage, cheese, peppers, onions, mushrooms, sauce, and pepperoncini
peppers and roasted red peppers.
The cheese was on the bottom and top.
Is this a tried and true method of making pizza?
My wife is a firm believer in necessity is the mother of invention.

Illinifan, your wife struck gold when she married the guy who now has an egg...nothing better than a brick oven, egged smoked pizza !! Do not be tempted to try one of Chuck Lane's gas cooked, dry, steaks...LOL ... Try the Egg first Chuck, way better, seared, more moist, charcoal flavor....:>)
