I am cooking a chicken on the post today. First time on the egg.

Do you guys use the plate setter when doing whole chickens or not? Would love to know.

Posting the "img" code will put the pic directly in your post.
I normally use the PS when cooking whole chicken, but recently did one without it. Chicken parts I do raised direct.
