Bought some ribs from Costco for the first time. Couldn't pull the membrane off so I went ahead and hit them with the mustard & DP dust. Spritzed periodically with apple juice.
Pulled off after about a 5 hr. cook at 225 dome and sauced.

Wow - makes me want to have my first rib cook very soon.
Had to shovel out 7 inches of snow to reach the BGE this afternoon. -
Nice ribs, LME. For what it's worth, Adam Perry Lang doesn't peel the membrane off, either. He says it helps hold everything together.
