Bought some lump charcoal @ Brookshires Gro. called "Full Circle". Advertised as "all hardwood lump charcoal, no chemicals  " sold in an 8.8 lb bag @$6.37. Have you tested it yet? Going to try it next week. My BGE supplier has been out of charcoal for a couple of weeks.

  • The last two bags I used wasn't all that good. Hopefully you purchased from a different lot. The first three bags were quite good, hence the purchase of the other bags. I'm out of Full Circle now and have a bag of BGE and Royal Oak to go through. I will go back to Full Circle as it is less expensive, I'll just wait till my source runs out of that lot.

Never can go wrong with Big Green Egg or Royal oak USA. If you can get it
