new to egg, advice on time cooking bison burgers?

have noticed while cooking on my weber that they take a little longer then regular burgers. Guessing 650 degrees, but how long on each side? Looking for around a medium burger

    post this on the main forum, but we generally say to cook to temp here, not you have an instant read therm. The Thermapen is the one of choice for most on this forum. Pricey but worth it.
