... yet I have been cooking 2 butts since midnight last night. Thank you BBQ Guru (DigiQ) for giving me the freedom to do this!! While I prefer to hang out in front of the Egg and savor the smokey aroma while drinking my favorite beer(s), there's no other way I'd feel comfortable leaving the house for the day at this stage in my cooking career.
