Got an exceptionally sweet pineapple the other day. I have a matching pair of sweet (mostly honey) and sour (mostly spicy mustard) containers in my 'fridge. First, I put the honey on a piece of fresh pineapple...the pineapple was actually sweeter and over-powered the honey taste. Then I put the spicy mustard on it. WOW! What a nice surprise! Anyone ever grilled pineapple with brown sugar and spicy mustard? I'm out of pineapple, so I can't experiment yet.

It was this stuff. I never had it before, but the mustard is like a mild Asian Mustard that you sometimes get with sushi. Be sure to let me know if you try it. Just seems like it would be a treat.

Try grilled pineapple with Dizzy Pig Pineapple head....slice pineapple into 1/2" chunks and put DPPH all over the chunks...grill for 3-5 minutes at 250-300 until slight char

take pineapple off grill and put in pan and drizzle pineapple with honey..put back on fire for 3-5 minutes until the honey warms up...

place pineapple chunks on plate with room temp mascarpone cheese...omg...better than ice cream
