What does everybody do with Bone in Chicken Breasts? I've got 1 package of skinless bone in breasts, and 1 package of skin on bone-in breasts, and I've been asked to do something creative. (on the egg)[p]My minds a blank. The only thing I've ever done with bone in breasts is make a Sancocho (it's a stew).[p]thanks..

    James,
If they're skinless, do them as the Whiz does but cook with the bone side down only, A little oil on the exposed flesh wouldn't hurt.
