How to with Spare rib trimmings?

I trimmed the last 3 spare rib cooks and froze the trimmings. It is now quite a bit of "rib".[p]I am not sure if I should egg them the same as I would spare-ribs or do something else.[p]Any comments will be appreciated.[p]Kyle

    I've egged them just like ribs and I've also cut them up into pieces for use in Indian curries. yum, either way.[p]TNW
