Raging River Salmon

I tried salmon for the first time on the egg last night! Turned out amazing! I used the Dizzy Pig Raging River recipe. Resturant quality!!

The toothpicks were used to double over the thin section. Cooked at 375, direct, 15 minutes on side one and approx. 10 on side two.

Will do again soon.

  • You ever manage to make it up here Ron we'll go find some Trout and see if it works as well on them...

  • Looks great. Very close to what we do except we use cedar planks, 375*, direct with raised grid. Can't beat raging river salmon. We buy it when available, eat some and freeze some.
