    Chris the other way works too but I don't really have a need to foil when the ribs come out perfect otherwise. Yours look great. Nice color.

    I never foil the ribs anymore either. What sauce did you use?
  • OK. So where do I find the formula for the "no foil" ribs? I did my fist ribs (I'm a newbie) this weekend and foiled them and would prefer no to have to do that if possible.
