1st Pizza in my egg

I just built a wood fired pizza oven and wanted to try it last night. Afraid my wood wasn't up to par to get the temp right, I fired up my egg "just in case"! Good thing I did, never could get the fire hot, so went to my trustworthy egg at 650 degrees. Now I wonder why I built the oven!

not sure why but having a problem getting the pics from photobucket, any advice?

Right click on the IMG code in PBucket, and select copy. Come back to the forum and right click again, select paste. Should be all it takes.

There are very few things better than a good egged pizza. Glad yours worked out for you.
