Lost Bread

or what the Cajuns call it, aka French Toast. Don't know if they even eat it. Any how that's how I am using up the Artisan bread that I baked Wed. Got one more loaf to cook then on to the next batch. This time I will measure by weight ilo cups as well as cook to the internal temp.
As for French Toast. Just fried bred in a skillet, country butter & Yankee syurp after dipping in egg,milk and spices. :laugh: :laugh:
