Thought I would throw a couple of recipes out there that have been good from me!

I use this for the crust:

Works well in the food precessor.

I use this for the sauce:

I don't use a lot of sauce on the pies, so this will last for quite a while for me. The dough makes two pies.

    Do you ever go the the drag races there out side of Denver? I stayed with friends one winter in Golden. I seen so much snow. I never seen snow plows plow snow like they do in Denver. One after another staggered and all the police cars would raise their emergency lights real high. I loved it in Golden. Tim

    I have never been to the races, just driven by the track. Snow plows will really get after it when there out. If you get stuck driving behind the "convoy" it really slows you down!

    Golden is a nice area. I have done quite a bit of hiking around that area. In fact, all of CO is really amazing. Love the outdoors!! Off for some skiing tomorrow!
