I just purchased a L BGE. My question is that most of the recipes do not state about how long the meat will take to be done, ie: 2 hours for two pounds of pork loin etc. Does anyone know where I can find this info for different types of meat??

BIGJIM, the reason you don't find the number of hours it takes to cook something, is that you cook to reach a certain internal temperature ie the degree of doneness.[p]but experience will give you that info.
    eg chicken: 1:15hr
smoked turkey breast @ 225F to reach 160-165 about 2hrs.
pulled pork to reach 205F about 17-19hrs(depends on size) about 2hrs per LB.
steak @ 700F 4min each side + extra to the degree of doneness (usually by bounce-back touch method)
    hamburgers 30min appx.

    BIGJIM,
use any recipe's time, If a recipe says 350 in the Oven it would be the same in the Egg.
