Hello,[p]I just ran to the store to grab a few items and decided to buy a premade "Boboli" Pizza crust. I plan on throwing some sauce, cheese, and leftover ham on here and making a simple pizza. This crust is already cooked. The directions call for 425 for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Should I cook this on the egg? Would there be any advantage to doing so if the crust is pre-baked? If so how long and at what temp? I have a stone but it is not a BGE Stone.[p]Thanks,
Kenny

Sure, throw it on the egg. What you'll get is a little bit of smokey flavor (unlees you throw a bunch of wood chips or chunks on). Same time, same temp and use the stone. That's my advice.

Pakak,[p]Thanks for the advice. Pizza turned out great. i brought leftovers to work and everyone asked where I got it when it was in the microwave. Just a hint of smoke flavor. Very tasty. I need to make one from scratch now. Does anyone have a pizza recipe that is BBQ oriented like Pulled Pork or Brisket pizza?[p]Kenny
