Looking for Grilled Queso Recipe

I think Chris posted a recipe for grilling cheese. I would like to try that today. Was the cheese queso fresco, queso blanco or something else? Any cooking info or a link to the post would be greatly appreciated.

TxEgg,[p]I remember them saying it was queso blanco. Smoke at 200 or so til semi-soft. Sorry I can't give you any further info. Mac
