Okay pics of my 1st Brisket so far...

My 1st attempt at a Brisket:
Been on since 9 last night, when I awoke the temp had dropped just below 200, opened vents and it came right back up in minutes. Now rocking along about 275. Comments, suggestions to make sure it turns out best I can get it....

I cut the point off (to be cooked another day to make burnt ends) it started as a 14.5 lb whole brisket.

    i have a5 pound flat on since 7am i started out at 200 for 2 hours now im trying to hold about 235 then im gona bump it up to 260 to finish take it off at 190 and put in cooler for 2 hours ... wahta think??? its only my 2nd one the 1st was great but a lil pot roast like.
    any help??
