That's truly a masterpiece!
Hats off to both of you -
WOW! You better rest up for next November and the Mad Max Turducken Lasagna Tutorial and Hotline, you know it will be requested. LOL. Amazing cook.
-
Max it's such a pity you & Sydney are so far away......I'd have come & visit  if I was closer... the snails...always ask for them whenever I find them & the type of lassagna was new to me...LOS DOS SE VEN DELICIOSOS....Take care & wish you both the best for the present year...Also a greatTony Bourdain fan...
-
WOW That looks absolutely awesome
-
You, my friend, are the WOW factor. You and Spawn are so inspiring....great job!
I had one thought while reading this...what if you took a meat hammer and smashed the turkey and chicken meat to make it thin like a lasagne noodle????
No, I had one more thought....save me a piece of that for when I make my "retirement tour" of the states later this year :-)
Love ya.Judy

Great job by you, your wife and the spawn,,, amazing -
the snails you buy, are they canned or in a jar? all ive ever bought were aready in the shell with the butter, garlic, herbs. will look in different places if i can get them cheaper. really like the sauce idea to them. the lasagna looks killerfukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it
-
snails are canned. .. .come 12/14 count. . .i buy em at harris teeter. ..
-
ill look for them canned then, ive got the shells but with the sauce take, i think i could serve them in seaclam half shells just as well.fukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it
-
that would work....at my harris teeter, they are on the same shelf as the canned clams, tuna fish, canned salmon, etc. ...
-
The women at your house spoil you way too much LOL
Great job. So that's what 'thinking outside the box' means...
