Had some family over last night, and did some pork steaks, country-cut ribs, and chicken thighs. With the exception of the JH rub, everything else was seasoned w/Dizzy Pig.

The "raws" as JL would put it:

Mike, that all looks good. I have some JH pecan but have never used it. I've gotta do that soon. I just can't decide what meat to put it on.

    JoJo,

I tried it on ribs the first time I used it--it has kind of a bacon-y smell to it, to me.

Thanks--the country-cut ribs+pork steak made me smile when I was prepping, because it's from the same cut of meat :) Although, the ribs were boneless, and the steaks had the nice bone in there. In my opinion, I like the meat cooked with the bones.

Thanks! That's my youngest one digging in there. We got a late start after everyone finally arrived last night, so all the kids were pretty hungry by dinner time.
