After reading all the posts on the Coffee Crusted tenderloins; I cooked up several yesterday. I found them delicious, and the sauce was the product that made the tenderloins a must do again.
I made a mistake, in that I cooked to 155, instead of 145 as recommended. It is hard for me not to cook pork until it is at least medium internal. Won't do that next time.
I would recommend that everyone try this recipe; it's a keeper!
