Just finished up the 9 racks of baby backs. Can't believe I went this long without one. Can't wait till I have to do my first overnighter. Also pic of my other Christmas present. Santa was good this year.

You will like that vacuum sealer... I have had the same model for several years now.

Does that work better than the seal-a-meal. What brand is it?

Lookin good AG,glad to see ya back man ;)
  • GG it is the Cabelas CG-15. Bought during their sale, everyone says it is a lot better than the plain old foodsavers and all the reviews on there site said it was awesome.
  • Nice AG - looks like you are enjoying your time off with the family.

I have had 3 food savers/seal-a-meal over the years and none of them have been very good. I will go take a look at these.

    Thanks, Kent
  • thanks sparky and frank, sure feels good to be back, just hope time doesn't go by too quickly!!
  • You will love that sealer. I have the same one, except it is from the company that makes them for Cabelas. There is no comparison between it and a FoodSaver, other than the price. You can get parts for them, unlike FoodSaver. Buy the bags by the thousand and save more money.
