NY Strip VS Ribeye Results

Well,[p]After debating back and forth as to whether to but Rib Eye or NY Strip I decided to go for the Strip. That is until I got to the Butcher shop. They were KC Strip and they didn't look all that good. They had TBones for the same price. Had 4 T-Bones cut 1.5" (Yeah that dipped in the pocket book pretty deep) and took em home, rubbed with Cow Lick steak rub. Cooked with TREX method. These were killer. My brother cut into his and was simply amazed. My wife was somewhat impressed. After I cut the small filet side of my T-Bone and gave it to her then she came alive. She prefers the tender Filet Mignons. I like the flavor the strips offer. Thanks for all the input. I think I am going to try Sirloin next.[p]Thanks,
