I have posted this dish before but I thought I would re-post for the multitudes of new users we seems to have. It took about an hour and a half to cook this tonight with about 30min prep. Enjoy.

Most of the ingredients...

Sauce Prep...

Browning the Hot Italian Sausage in the Dutch Oven. Set aside after browning...

Get rid of the grease and place chicken pieces in the bottom...

Then add half the green pepper, half the red pepper, both onions, 4 cloves of garlic and the sauce...

Simmer 30 minutes...

Add the sausages cut in to 3" pieces, Mushrooms and the rest of the peppers and simmer another 30 minutes...
