Sorta OT: Onion and Smoking Goggles

I had lasix surgery about 5 years ago, and ever since my eyes are pretty sensitive to sun, onions, and smoke.
Well I had another Christmas with family this weekend and someone found these for me! :P or should I say !
They are actually called onion goggles, but they'll work great for when I peak in my Egg and the smoke is rolling. These are a stitch, but funny as they are, I'll probably use them a lot!!!!!! :woohoo: :woohoo:
My handsome little pal is modeling them for me. LOL

John,
I'll put a little extra chicken in his dish tonight. -
Now that is style!

That should work. Don't think our dog would like wearing glasses. He usually helps with cleanup rather than prep...

Give these glasses a shot. http://www.wileyx.com/index.aspx I got a pair just before I had cataract surgery two years ago (or was it three?) and, they haven't been far from my hands since.
I have the model called BRICK and they come with a gasket that fits into the inside of the frames to keep out dust etc. May not be the thing for onions but otherwise . . . -
If these are the motorcycle goggles rubber/foam 'padding' they allow air in behind the lenses. They say controlled ventilation.
There is another brand almost identical which can be purchased at about $10 - $15 shipped. Another brand name is Choppers. No since in paying $100+ if you don't have to.
A good sealed ski goggle can be had for about $15 to $20 full enclosure. Not sure about behind lens ventilation - I would need to look into that.
I would think swimming goggles be the best protection.
