Cast Iron Grid Size for Mini

Last week somewone said they'd measure the diameter of the fire ring on their Mini, so that a cast iron grid could be custom made. I never saw the results. Does anyone have that measurement they'd share?

Went to both big box stores and the only thing they have is 8 X 24 foldable.

i believe new mini is bigger than old so diameter depends on what model you have
all dimensions of old mini contained in slide show
