Been a while since I posted, but I've gotta say that my tinkering tonight turned into a real treat.
Put together a new rub for those of you that like a sweeter touch to the bb ribs.
My rub consisted of the following:
Small serving of apple sauce
Big gollop of brown sugar
Touch of KC Masterpiece BBQue Sauce
I slathered the ribs with the concoction, put the ribs in the freezer for 45 minutes.
Cooked indirect over drip pan of apple cider vinegar for 4.5 hours at 250.
Oh yeah... smoked them with handful of mesquite chips soaked in h2o.
