I love you! My apple braided thing turned out almost perfect. Best one yet! I'm thinking the platesetter feet down was holding too much heat at the stone. Turning it over seems to have made the difference. It was still a little "crispy" around the edges on one end and not so puffy on the other, like it was not cooking evenly. Anyway, as soon as I cut it, it was gone! Thanks for all your help!!!
