Thanks to the folks here, my wife and I had the best ribs I have ever made. One rack of babyback ribs took 3 hours to get to 175. Rub was awesome and sauce was perfect. Smoked over hickory. I got the large egg for Christmas, finished assembly yesterday and this was my first cooking on it today. Made veggie kabobs to go with the ribs and then grilled some garlic bread. I am amazed at how fast it heats up and holds the temp where you want it. Loving the new egg. Thanks.
