Smoke Ham on BGE

I have a 3.5# Hormel Ham,(Cure 81) that I want to smoke on my BGE.

Anybody have an idea on how to prepare it? Thanks.

    That Hormel Cure 81 is one of the BEST hams you can buy.I would suggest Egret's Maple Bourbon recepie.It gets rave reviews! ;)
  • This is a small piece of ham, about 3.3 pounds.
    How much of the "Egret's Maple Bourbon" liquid should I inject into the ham?
    Should I put the remaining Egret's over the rub I place on the ham?

    I think I would just cut his recepie into one fourth or one third.Make sure to monitor the internal temp and pull it off the egg around 140.
