I calibrated my thermo and now I'm gonna try the puff pastry again. Do you use one or two pastries? I've bought a pack of two. One looks too small.

    Hi Ryan, I used just one and roll it out lightly. be careful when you do the side cuts, don't go to deep into the center where the fillings are so they leak out and burn. hope you have better luck this time :( was the temp gauge off by much??
  • It was off but it was low. I'll let ya know how this one turns out.
