Cooked my first ham today on the egg. Soaked the uncooked 10lb. er in apple and pineapple juice overnight then before puttin it on, rubbed with Dizzy's Red Eye. Setup indirect @275ish with some RO, and hickory chunks throughout. Pulled it after temp was 150. Let it rest for a few hours in foil and towels in the cooler. Mixed up about 1/2 cup of honey and 1/2 cup of brown sugar with a tad of corn meal. Turned the oven on broil, poured the honey, sugar mix all around ham, and broiled for about 3-4 minutes.Turned out great! Whole family loved it! Got rushed at the end, no finished pics. Will do this again for sure! Merry Christmas everyone.

Nice looking piece of meat. These are always good cooks. We are doing 2 of them tomorrow.
Don't toss that bone, there is a great soup cook just waiting for you.
Merry Christmas, GG -
