Anyone have the recipe for the breakfast cook made from frozen bread rolled out and stuffed with sausage other stuff, cooked in a bundt pan? It's been a while since I made it and forget just how it was done and what it was called. Old age ain't for sissy's. I thought it would be good for a Xmas morning snack. Already got the frozen bread out. Thanks for any help, Mike

No, but hope you find it. It sounds fantastic. Got one called Jenny's Eggs we do every Christmas morning if you want it.

Are you talking about "sausage bread"? There are many recipes for it. I like the one at Southern Living. Just google sausage bread and pick the one that sounds closest to what you remember. They are all basically frozen bed, some form of sausage and cheese.
Hmmmm Now I might make one too:)Knoxville, TN

Here is theirs. They don't put theirs in a bundt pan but you could:
Sausage Bread
Prep: 10 min., Cook: 5 min., Bake: 30 min., Stand: 10 min.
1 (1-lb.) package ground hot pork sausage
1 (11-oz.) can refrigerated French bread dough
1 1/2 cups shredded pizza cheese blend
1. Cook sausage in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring until sausage crumbles and is no longer pink. Remove from pan; drain well, pressing between paper towels.
2. Unroll dough into a rectangular shape on a lightly greased baking sheet; sprinkle evenly with sausage and cheese. Beginning with 1 long side, roll up, jelly-roll fashion. Turn, seam side down, on baking sheet, and pinch ends to secure filling inside. Cut 3 (1/4-inch-deep) slits across top of dough with a sharp paring knife.
3. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until browned. Remove from oven; let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
Note: For testing purposes only, we used Pillsbury Crusty French Loaf.
Yield: Makes 6 servings
