Beef Cross Rib Roast

I picked up some kind of beef cross rib roast today. Nothing fancy - about 3 lbs. Cost about 10 bucks. Put on a coat of olive oil, kosher salt, pepper. Cooked on EGG at about 250 indirect - cooked to 140 and pulled it. It was excellent!!! Nothing fancy and not much work for a great roast beef!!! Beats the heck out of gas grilling IMHO!!!!
