We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. We especially love these Beer Pork Tenderloin and Ground Beef Acorn Squash recipes! Alright. So Charlotte was the last place to get rain. Everyone northwards got snow. Rats. Well our original plans included a trip to DC for a wedding. Since all of that was postponed we had to make the best of it. I bought every butt that Harris Teeter had. That's to say I bought all 3 of them. What's left over I'll take to work in hopes of extending my workplace friendships into 2010.

These guys hit the Big Green Egg at about 4 pm.


Here's the view at 2 a.m. I can't wait. Who needs snow?
