I have a large Oak tree that has broken dead limbs from an ice storm two years ago.
Would these limbs make good chunks for my BGE if I cut them into small pieces? Thanks, Seven Seven

What kind of oak?
White oak or red oak work nicely.
Water oak maybe not so much. Never tried pin oak or live oak. -
Make sure the wood is sound and there is no rot. Oak is a great smoke wood.
