Up at 5AM to light the Eggs to start making 16#'s of chuck roasts to make into Clay Q's pulled beef bbq. Not much to brag about after Vadilia 1 made 40#'s of chucks the other day. :P It had started snowing before I even got up. Woodstove's going in the basement rec room and I'll spend the rest of the day cooking, working inside, wrapping some presents, watching it snow and worrying about my son driving home from college after his last final today. I did 15# of chuck several months ago for my Mom. It was my first attempt at pulled beef and it was really good. I vacuumed it and my Mom still has it in her freezer.
I'd like to come up and help you but Penn DOT doesn't want us on the roads. I don't have ant sled dogs so I probably wouldn't make it. :woohoo:

Hi Gene, Truth be told.....I wear Philadelphia Eagles pjs. My wife keeps the bedroom so cold, I'd get frostbite otherwise! :P :laugh:
