I got lucky today. Starting Sat. the temp plunged to the below 0 and has been there all the while. The high on Sunday and Monday was -10 and the nights were a bit brisk. Got up this morning dreading the cook today.

Low and behold by 11 this morning the temps had risen to above freezing and the only problem I had was getting the frost out of the egg. That and the snow melting out of the pine trees and falling to the still cold concrete creating instant ice.

The butts are on and will be taken off for a lunch tomorrow.
