Made some Taloa - Basque Corn Sandwich Muffins that Blue Smoke posted the other day (cooked mine on the egg). While they were cooking I roasted some garlic, got that mixed in with some mayonaise to go on the sandwiches. Roasted some bell peppers and sliced them up, gonna grill some onion slices with the burgers in a little while. mmmmmm these are gonna be some good burgers [p]Steve
