Raspberry and other Chipotle sauces
Just wanted to pass on a recipe for raspberry chipotle that is pretty good. I also experimented with using orange marmalade and pineapple preserves in place of raspberry. The orange marmalade batch was great, but I kicked up the heat so much on the pineapple that you hardly get the flavor. For my taste, you need a lot more chipotle sauce than the recipe calls for, but I am a fire eater.
