TURDUCKEN Anyone??

I am planning to cook a Turducken this weekend. Has anyone ever done one of these? Any advice? I am planning to do it pretty much the same as Thanksgiving turkey [indirect,325-350, 20 min/lb] with some pecan chips.
Any ideas/advice will be greatly appreciated.

Do a turducken search...Mad Max gave a tutorial a while back...I am going to class at the Mothership this week and that is on the menu..I can't wait.

I failed to mention that I am doing just a turducken roll, not the whole thing. I will try to post some pics [I'm still fumbling with that] and let you know how it turns out.
