Tonight made Car Wash Mike's Ribs that are posted on Third Eyes site. They were delicious. Used Dizzy dust and Sweet Baby Ray's Sauce. So much less hastle than the 3-1-1 ribs and just as succulent.

I am real tired of the turkey ribs
Yours are next....Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers. -
