A little late - my Eggtoberfest Pics

Howdy folks...
I´ve been quite busy over the last weeks since returning from my bbq trip to the states, so here i am with my Eggtoberfest pics.
It was a great party and i was happy to put some names next to a lot of faces i see here all the time.
Big thanks to the BGE Company and especially Jody for that event. I hope to be back next year !
Heres what me and my buddy Caruso cooked :
Pork Loin and Sausage Skewers seasoned with Chimichurrie Sauce
Fine ground pork seasoned with Dizzy Pig and mixed with shredded cheddar, spread on puff pastry, rolled up and sliced it and the cooked on the agg at 400.
Pork Tenderloin, stuffed with cream cheese,rosted Jalapenos, sun dried tomatoes and mediternean spices and herbs, then wrapped in bacon
Pork Tenderloin, marinated in Rum and seasoned with dizzy pig pineapple head
