Turkey is gone and I've had enough for a while. Time to get back to the basics. Butt is rubbed, BGE is up to temp, stabilized with persimmon and hickory smelling nice. DigiQ is set so all I have to do is put the butt on the BGE and get my butt ready for bed and dream about smoked butt tomorrow.
