OK, I put the bird, 20#, on the grill at 7:35 am, cooked at 325 dome temp indirect.

My bird says 180 at the thigh and 180 at the breast, i did ice down the breast.

Help, in 2 hours the bird appears done which i can't believe. i was figuring around 5 hours. The leg doesn't move real freely which is also a sign of doneness.

I will probably pull the bird but any advice???
