Smoked a turkey breast yesterday and am using the meat for chili. Used the smoked brisket chili recipe I posted on the site a few months back and substituted turkey for brisket.
Today I have a 20 lber on the xl using the honey smokey recipe with the addition of marsala wine and various herbs in the drip pan.
On the large I have a 7lb turkey breast for xtra white meat and 4 xtra drumsticks... using the same recipe..
... once the turkey goes on the large I'll start off w/ a bloody mary working my way to a nice glass of single malt to start the 8:20 Giants game..
