When do I fire up these Butts??

Leaving for Iowa City at 9:30am. It takes 3.5 hours to get there. We're eating as soon as we arrive. I'm cooking up two Butts to bring there, both are pretty close to 9 pounds. So my goal is to be able to pull the Butts off the grill to foil/wrap/cooler them at 9AM. I know that it should be about 1-2 hours per pound, but that gives me a starting time range of 1pm thru midnight!

So I turn to you my fanatical compatriots....

If I want them to finish at 9AM, what time should I toss them on the Egg?
