Last year while I was in Hawaii (and before I got my Egg) I saw a seasoning/rub used to prep the pig before it is put into the emu (spelling???) pit. I picked it up twice and put it back twice figuring that I'd never use it - big mistake! Now I'm searching for it or something like it. I can't recal the name or brand, but do know the label advertised something like "cook your pig with authentic Hawaiian flavors". It was a Hawaiian thing not a Carribian jerk thing. I think I saw it in Maui - not sure because we were also in Oahu. Anyone out there have a beat on a seasoning like this? I'm thinkin I can whip up one awesome Hawaiian pig on this here Egg.
