every man's dream? I speak, of course, about pork. Hey all, I haven't posted anything in a while so here's today's cook. Ribs for dinner tonite, pulled pork for tomorrow. Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

Spares and a small (3#) boneless butt rubbed with mustard & Dizzy Dust

Cruised at 250, first opened at 5 hours in

About 6 1/2 hours in, ribs are sauced and almost ready. Butt was still in plateau.

Butt rode another 1.5-2 hrs until 200 internal. Rested and pulled... and sampled, good stuff.
